I am so positive you will be absolutely delighted with the work you receive from me that I have built my business and reputation on this simple principle and unprecedented guarantee, which no one dares to make: Simply, you will be so thrilled with the work you receive from me you will INSIST on referring me to ALL of your friends and neighbors or I will immediately fix whatever you are not pleased with and PAY YOU $200 for your time and trouble!

WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE

All work performed by McMaster Construction, Inc. is fully guaranteed against faulty workmanship for three (3) full years from the original date of installation.
There will be no charge to the client for labor or materials on any repair due to faulty workmanship during that three (3) year period.
If you should find something that you would like repaired, simply call our office. We will promptly shcdule a service appointment. You will be quoted an exact day and time so that your time is not wasted waiting around for a service person.

Anniversary Inspection Program

It is McMaster Constreuction Inc.'s intent to make sure every customer is completely satisfied. Not only satisfied at the time of their installation but also after it has been completed and for years to come. As you know, McMaster Construction, Inc. has a three (3) year 100% workmanship guarantee. In order to live up to our guarantee and give you, the customer, what you paid for and deserve; we have implemented the MCMASTER CONSTRUCTION, INC. ANNIVERSARY INSPECTION PROGRAM. We will, at no charge to you, the customer, come out once a year to inspect the project we have installed or built for you. This inspection is good for the next three (3) years!
Customer obligation is to call McMaster Construction, Inc. and set an Anniversary Inspection appointment and McMaster Construction, Inc. will make the inspection within 10 working days.
It is our hope at McMaster Construction, Inc. that this Anniversary Inspection Program will help you to receive the service that you deserve and have come to expect from us at McMaster Construction, Inc. for the last 10 years.
